Rank one reduces 1 rage point, increases 40%, and slows 4%. Rank two reduces 2 rage points, increases 70%, and slows 7%. Rank three reduces 4 rage points, increases 100%, and slows 10%.

Improved Overpower – Requires ten skill points in Arms and it has two ranks. It increases critical strike chance for Overpower. Rank one is 25% and Rank two is 50%.

Anger Management – Requires ten skill points in Arms and it has one rank that will generate one rage point every 3 seconds.

Deep Wounds – Requires ten skill points in Arms and it has three ranks. It makes critical strikes cause bleed, dealing damage over 12 seconds. Rank one is 20%, Rank two is 40%, and Rank three is 60%.

Two handed Weapon Specialization – Requires fifteen skill points in Arms and it has five ranks. It increases damage for two handed weapons. Rank one is 1%, Rank two is 2%, Rank three is 3%, Rank four is 4%, and Rank five is 5%.

Impale – Requires fifteen skill points in Arms and three in Deep Wounds. It has two ranks. It will increase critical strike damage bonus on yellow attacks in all stances. Rank one is 10% and Rank two is 20%.

You can see where on the first half of the tree it's still getting into increased damage and more rage. The next half of the tree is where the deep specialization takes place for your Warrior.
