Blue Dragonhawk Mount collecting in World of Warcraft has become just as popular as pet collecting. With over 200 in-game mounts to be acquired, it’s necessary to organize these mounts by category in order to separate them into manageable chunks.

The first category our guide to WoW mounts will cover is mounts awarded to those who complete various in-game achievements. Currently, there are nine mounts that can be earned this way.

The Black War Bear is an epic land mount with a speed bonus of 100%.

The Horde Black War bear wears brown armor instead of the blue worn by the Alliance version. To earn it, players must complete the “For the Horde!" achievement by slaying all four leaders of the Alliance: King Varian Wrynn in Stormwind, Magni Bronzebeard in Ironforge, Prophet Velen in Exodar, and High Priestess Tyrande Whisperwind in Darnassus. Like the Alliance version, the Horde Black War Bear is an epic land mount with a 100% speed bonus.
